Around Age 12
Saiya Hyness sparked interest in cosmetology, doing hair to be exact! At this age she started doing the hair of her family members. By age 14, Saiya had a clientele of Family friends, schoolmates, and even teachers. She would even catch the Dallas Area Rapid Transit, with her supplies to some of her appointments.
By this time, Saiya was heavily into writing poetry, recording the dreams she would manifest, and raps! One of Saiya’s favorite rap songs is “Paper Thin” by MC Lyte. “I admire her delivery in that song” -Saiya
At age 15, Saiya Hyness enrolled herself in high school and at 16, gave birth to her first child. Struggling to support her daughter, Saiya started hustlin’ and was met with opportunities that allowed her to live a little more comfortably.
By age 21, Saiya Hyness sparked a deep interest in natural, homemade products, and begin to create her own hair and skincare products. Her hair product being the most popular for it’s ability to create Luxuriously shiny hair.
Saiya realized that there was a need for a simple product, that tames and provides vitamins to tresses in the black communities.
After garnering so much attention from the results of her special hair crack. Saiya decided to launch Saiya Hyness Hair Essentials with the revolutionary “LUXE” Serum. Designed with curly hair in mind, but suitable 
for all hair types!
